WHERE: The IBA's ABCD+E cohort will take place at USC's Blackstone Launchpad within USC's Marshall School of Business.
HOW: The three-month program consists of four to eight participating companies meeting for four, four-hour evening workshops with hands-on growth hacking and subject matter expert presenters. Weeks without workshops feature one-on-one coaching for OKRs, KPIs and benchmark progress.
WHO: Workshops feature hands-on work with IBA staff as well as expert presenters and industry experts. Founders and key BizDev employees should attend. Companies may enjoy a three-month USC intern to help with acceleration. Space is limited.
WHEN: The four 4-hour evening workshop schedule runs from late October through Incubate USC and Trojan Labs Demo Day in early February.
Workshop 1 - Export Readiness, Market Identification, Market Research
Workshop 2 - Legal and Accounting
Workshop 3 - Finance and Funding
Workshop 4 - Sales, Marketing and Market Entry
HOW MUCH: The program fee is $5K for co-founders and additional reps are welcome. Space is limited. Scholarships may be available.
WHAT IF: Due to the realities of startups and early-growth companies, nobody can guarantee success. However, if after three months, a cohort company doesn't make that first international deal or doesn't build out the technology to do so, the IBA support will remain available until that first international deal is secured.
